Wow. Live365.com internet radio is amazing. They've got entire radio stations dedicated to Styx, The Beatles, Air Supply, love duets, rock 'n roll, Beethoven, and just about anything a music fan's heart could possibly desire.
Definitely worth a look-see.
“Bow-wow-wow, yippee-yo-yippee-yay, Oil of Olay all day, every day!”
They got all 80's channels, all west coast rap channels, all east coast rap channels, all underground hip-hop channels, all Christmas music channels (And you KNOW I'm all over the Christmas songs, yo), the list goes on and on!
[shill] WOE is the Orange Entropy call letters on live 365. I think you should all go there and hear the indie insanity. Who knows maybe you'll get lucky and hears some J.C. & the Noise, or some Shawn's Friends from New Jersey.[/shill]
hey Frosty is there anyway for me to get my hands on some of you DJin' skills yo? I'd love to hear your work.
I'm on launch.com It takes alot of tweaking, but with a little messing around you can essentially tell it to never play artists you don't like. and when their songs come up you can tell it to never play the song again. it cuts out occasionally on cable modem, and there are some pop up ads, but not to the point of being overly annoying. and it's part of yahoo, so it's resources are pretty extensive.
"My parents said I could be anything, so I became an ASSHOLE!"
Bah, fuck live365. They're now charging to broadcast. I used to broadcast there, but then my computer screwed up so I couldn't broadcast. And, being absent from broadcasting for too long (a month, I think is the limit) moved me into the "paying suckers" category. Sure, it's still free to listen, but I wanna broadcast damnit! And I'm too stupid to figure out the other ways
Rolling Stone has a very nice article about his work, his life and his death in its latest issue. Because I love you all so much, in a totally platonic and heterosexual way, that is, here be the linkie.
