That would vary from search engine to search engine depending mostly on how quickly they "crawl" that particular page after you change it.

Remember, that Buffy didn't truly have an ending. Just an ending to that particular battle. It would've been nice, if Joss had more prep to bring in some of the Sunnydale folk. I'd have liked to have seen Willow, but I guess Illyria made her redundant.
