That would vary from search engine to search engine depending mostly on how quickly they "crawl" that particular page after you change it.

I like Adult Swim but there is just WAY to many cartoons on there right now. They need to either add another night or trim the schedule a bit. Baby Blues can hit the road. It is to mainstream and lame-o for Adult Swim.
