Basically, every Tuesday someone (I nominate myself) can make a "College and NFL Picks for the Week of _____" thread, where those interested can discuss matchups and point spreads and the like, or just list who they plan to play that coming weekend and why.
I will start one for next week (Week 3 College, Week 2 NFL) on Tuesday if enough people seem to care.

If you want a thread icon to keep 'em organized, PM me with your concept.

In fact I'll start now. I would bet a lot of matchsticks or pieces of chewing gum on the over 47 in tomorrow night's NFL game.
