It's me! It's me! It's the C-A-N-A-D-I-A-N B-U-double L-D-O-double G (minus one G)! Welcome to another JAM-PACKED edition of Inside The Ropes, I'm Canadian Bulldog.

Canadian Bulldog's Trivia Question of the Week: Which WWE superstar is best on the microphone?
(1) Kevin Nash
(2) Vince MacMcmahon
(3) The Hurrican
(4) Kurt Angel
(5) Chris Jericho

Answer at the end of this column!

Where else could I possibly start but to credit the WWE creative team on their AWESOME booking of the first-ever Raw-only paper-view, Bad to the Bone. It goes without saying that the Hell in the Cage match between Triple HHH and Big Sex Kevin Nash instantly became a ****** classic because of all its crazy bumps! But how about that redneck triathlon? A burping contest? Who comes up with this stuff? And who knew that Eric Bischolf had it in him to be that funny? I didn't understand why women were involved in the pie contest, but what a swerve! But the best part was when Bischolf accidentally fell into the pig pen at the end. Classic!

Is there a problem with The Dudley Brotherz? There was apparently a backstage incident before the PPV where T.D. Long and Christopher Lewinski showed D'Lo Dudley the error of his ways! Rumor has it that D'Lo will revert to his old televangelist gimmick, while Barbara Ray Dudley will be forced to team with brother-in-law Spike TV!

Exclusive Interview!!!
This week, yours truly got an exclusive interview with possibly the most influential WFF Heavyweight Champion EVER.... The Iron Shiek!!!! Here's the EXCLUSIVE, JAM-PACKED transcript:

IS: Hello?
CB: Hello. It's me, Canadian Bulldog.
IS: So?
CB: Remember, we were going to do an EXCLUSIVE, JAM-PACKED interview today for Inside The Ropes?
IS: I think you got the wrong number, guy. This is a restaurant.
CB: Question number one -- what was your favorite match EVER?
IS: What the hell are you talking about?
CB: Question number two -- did you enjoy working with Niklai Volkov? I hear he ``worked stiff'' a lot.
IS: Listen, guy, you're calling a restaurant. This is The Shiek of Iran restaurant!
CB: Super! Question number three -- do you regret not being able to test your moves against the likes ofTriple HHH ?
IS: Look.... do you want to speak to the manager?
CB: Wow, I'm going to interview Classy ``Freddie'' Blassie? I.... whoa, hold on one second. Didn't he recently die?
IS: Are you crazy, guy?
CB: Oh, wait, I forgot... you're talking about The Doctor of Style, Slick ! I forgot that he bought the contracts off Blassie. Sure, I'd LOVE to talk to him.
IS: What the f... okay, hold on....
CB: (on hold, listening to music) This should be great, folks. An EXCLUSIVE JAM-PACKED INTERVIEW with The Slickstah!!!
S: This is manager. What do you want?
CB: Question number one -- Whose idea was it to record the hit song Jive Soul Brother?
S: You want to make reservation or what?
CB: Question number two -- how does it feel to know that you're the one to make Karmala a man? You know, instead of a beast?
S: WHAT?
CB: That's Stone Cold's gimmick, silly.
S: WHAT?
CB: Oh, okay... I'll play along. If you want to see Slick manage again in the WWE, give me a `Oh, hell yes!'
S: WHAT?
CB: I said, if you want...
S:

We unfortunately got disconnected (they were probably heading to the airport; wrestlers always do that), so we will continue part two of the EXCLUSIVE JAM-PACKED interview soon, at least once I get call-block installed on my phone.

Did you catch the match last week between Bigshow and Brock Lesnor where the ring actually exploded???? How awesome was that??? Can't wait for these to lock horns once again in the near future!

Guess what? The first ever SmackDown PPV is just WEEKS away. So here's the tentative lineup for Die Hard With A Vengeance

Rumored matches:
Kurt Angel vs Brock Lesnor vs Team Angel vs FBI vs Bigshow

Possible matches:
The Phenom The Undertaker vs Noonzio
Chris Benwah vs The Rookie Monster Rhino Richards
Les Guerreros (and Taijiri) vs Roddy Rowdy Piper and Sean Haire
Mister American vs Hulk Hogan????
Booker T vs The Christian

Is it just me, or do Le Resistance make the best tag team champions EVER???

Spoiler Alert: Do not scroll down if you want to be spoiled by this spoiler!!
------------------------------------------------------------

The Big Red Machine Kane will possibly be the next person to join the Revolution group! On this past edition of Eric Bischoff's Monday Night Raw, the masked giant was asked by none other than Triple HHH!!!! Then Stone Cold came out and told him not to join. Then I think RDV came out and forced him to split up his tag team. Then Kane chokeslammed all three of them to end the show. It was the best segment EVER!

Q: Why did they change their name to the WWE?
A: You'll remember that there was a match at Royal Rumble 2 between Ricky Flare and Vince MacMahon. The special stipulation between the two WWE Chairmen was that the loser would also lose the name of his company. And Flare won, so of course, the rest is history.
Q: I hear about a wrestler named Bruiser Brody recently. What can you tell me about him?
A: According to the November 1989 edition of Wrestling Eye (cover story: ``Beefcake to Savage: Yer Dead Meat!''), Brody was ``one of the roughest competitors ever to grace the squared circle before his untimely passing.'' Could he make it in today's environment with such superstars as Brock Lesnor and Nathan Jones? Only time will tell...
Q: Is Chris Benoit the best wrestler ever?
A: Yes.
Q: Is Bill Goldberg really on his way out?
A: No, not at all. By the way, his name is actually Goldenberg. Thanks for the compliment.
Q: What can you tell me about Eddie Guerrero, my favorite wrestler?
A: Eddie Guerrero returned to WWE and made an immediate impact by winning the Intercontinental Championship at Backlash.
Guerrero uses a wide range of offensive maneuvers. Growing up in a family of wrestlers exposed him to the craft at an early age. He's equally adept at grappling on the mat or sailing off the turnbuckle to deliver his signature Frog Splash.
Although other Superstars may use a form of the Frog Splash, Eddie maintains that his finisher surpasses everyone else's.
Whether it's in singles action or teaming up with his nephew Chavo, there is always one constant with Eddie Guerrero -- cheat to win!
Q: When is Edge coming back?
A: How many of us can say that we accomplished our lifelong dream? How many of us can say that we're doing exactly what we wanted to do when we were children? Edge can.
One of the brightest young stars in WWE, Edge sat on the floor for WrestleMania VI at SkyDome in Toronto, watching Hulk Hogan battle the Ultimate Warrior. Although he was only 16 at the time, Edge already knew that he wanted to follow in the footsteps of Hogan and Warrior; he wanted to be a WWE.
Twelve years later, almost 70,000 fans watched Edge defeat Booker T at WrestleMania X8 at SkyDome in Toronto. Edge had already accomplished a career highlight at SkyDome -- in July 1999, he won the Intercontinental Championship there.
The Canadian Superstar has excelled in both singles and tag-team action. Along with his brother Christian, he won the Tag Team Championship seven times, a record for a duo. Edge & Christian were also part of some of the most memorable tag matches in history -- including the Ladder Match at WrestleMania 2000; the Tables, Ladders and Chairs (TLC) Match at SummerSlam in 2000; TLC II at WrestleMania X-Seven; and TLC III on the May 24, 2001 episode of SmackDown!
Edge officially became a force in the singles division when he won the 2001 King of the Ring Tournament. A few months later, he defeated Christian in an epic Ladder Match at No Mercy 2001 to become the Intercontinental Champion. In fact, he has already won the Intercontinental Championship on four occasions.
But his tag team days are definitely not behind him. On July 4, 2002, Edge paired up with his boyhood idol, Hollywood Hulk Hogan, and won his eighth WWE Tag Team Championship! On Nov. 7, 2002, he won the championship again, this time with Rey Mysterio as his partner.

CB, good stuff. You've applied the gimmick pretty well to wrestling. Keep it up.
