Having lived through Kentucky's own problems/probation I will certainly refrain from kicking IU when they're down. I will say that I really don't like it that I have huge man-crushes on both the Indiana and Tennessee coaches, and if I still had any affection left for Pitino, I think they would deport me from the state (if most UK fans would come to the 'Ville to actually remove me).
All of that being long-windedly said, buck up IU fans. You've got a great coach, some hungry kids and will have a lot of fun watching an exciting team rebuild over the next few years. Certainly hope it's not at UK's expense for wins or recruits, but I've been there and it does get better!
“You are going to get a certain amount of snarkiness on the Internet no matter what, and my rule is that you don't post anything that you wouldn't say to someone's face.” Marc Andreyko (Writer of DC Comic’s “Manhunter”)
If the Nets had a sense of humor, they'd ship Kidd and his wife and kid to Atlanta for contracts expiring after the season. Screw him, he got the big money and then he wants to complain, why reward him.
