I went and counted up the rosters because I was curious. Here are the numbers of active wrestlers, assuming I can count:

TNA: 59 (this doesn't include Hogan or Flair, but does include Waltman & Hall)

Raw: 30
Smackdown: 31

TNA has approxiamtely the same-sized roster as Raw and Smackdown put together. It's no surprise that half the roster just doesn't show up on any given show.

If they don't get a second show, how long can they really sustain this before they need to start shedding some weak meat?

On the plus side: no Bubba this week.

Losing to Orlando Jordan might be the absolute worst result that could happen to a wrestler but it's really the only hiccup in what has otherwise been a perfect run of Dinero.

As it's been said before it's a shame Hogan/Bischoff came along when they did because the show was actually getting pretty good. Daniels had just been re-elevated as a serious Title contender, Hernandez was getting big pops, Beer Money and British Invasion were two younger, interesting tag teams and Wolfe and Dinero had been introduced about as good as you can introduce a new wrestler. All they really had to do to keep momentum going in the right direction was get Joe involved again and keep Foley/Nash/Jarrett to a minimum.

I guess those that are optimistic can hold out hope that the Nasty Boys and Waltman/Hall are only temporary and the maybe Foley won't be in as many segments once the Foley/Bischoff angle has concluded but unfortunately AJ has already been changed for the worse, Daniels has been shuffled back down the roster and even with the tag titles, Hernandez is just kind of spinning his wheels. I'm thinking the only reason Wolfe and Dinero are still doing well is because Hogan and Bischoff simply haven't noticed them yet.

According to transcripts, on Bubba's radio show both Bischoff and Hogan had good things to say about both Dinero and Wolfe (and, uh, Lacey von Erich).

On Wolfe:

A caller asked about Desmond Wolfe. Bischoff praised his work and said he's high on him. Hogan and Bischoff agreed that "something has to be dialed in, but he's close." Hogan praised the valet Chelsea and said she's like a Bond Girl.

On Dinero:

Bubba said he loves "The Black Pope" D'Angelo Dinero. Bischoff and Hogan put him over. Hogan said he's tired of seeing him get beat. "We love him," Hogan said.

My DVR went on the fritz, so no chance I was able to catch this the first time. I caught bits and pieces through a friend that clearly hates me.

Memo to Taz: Taking one shot at WWE now and then is cute. Doing it more than once every week makes you sound bitter.

Best part of the night was Foley telling Bischoff that he hadn't learned anything from WCW. It's funny because it's true.

Without that briefcase, Joe's case for a title shot is totally shoddy. The briefcase single-handedly saves that angle, because Joe hasn't been seen on TV in weeks and was last seen jobbing clean to Desmond Wolfe in a 3-minute special.

If watching Kevin Nash wrestle Scott Hall was like Chinese water torture in 1998, why would I want to potentially see it in 2010?

I love the Pope. He's one of the few bright spots this show's got right now.

This is lousy news I tell you.

My sentiments exactly. I have my smarky-workrate is the be all end all days, but damn if I don't get a smile on my face when I see Steiner do something like the aforementioned pogo sticking or that time he used mathmetical equations to explain why he would win a fatal four way.

Cena can't be beat because he's some unholy genetic recombinate of superstars past. I mean, you might as well call him John "Realest of the Real, Sargent Rock - Cold - A - Mania" Cena.

If coaches can take track stars and turn them into kick returners/wide receivers they have a chance at taking Brock and making him into something. He's young and has a lot of size.
