I better expand on my selections.

I have been to 3 wrestling shows in my life. The first way in a bingo hall that was advertised with Doink the Clown in the local paper and when we got there it was obvious it was some goof dressed up. The biggest name there was Hawk from LOD. I remember these stripper wrestlers aswell who had like just tights on and a bow tie. Anyone know these guys?

The second was a WWE house show in 95 in Dublin, good names were there like Undertaker vs. Kama, HBK vs. IRS and headlined by Bret vs. Hakushi, at least i can say i saw those greats in person.

And the most recent was WMX7 at the Astrodome, i was just behind the huge floor lights inbetween the stage and ring if ya know what im on about. It was all a big blur, it was so overwhelming.
I remember sitting in a shopping mall in Houston reading the local paper with an interview with Shawn Michaels. My Dad was sitting next to me and he said while looking at someone coming through the shopping center door, ''Is that a wrestler?'', I looked over and it was the fricken Big Show leaning down to fit through the door and as he walked by, my jaw dropped and all i could do was stare blankly at this monster as i muttered ''Its the Big Show''. He went up the escalator and i scremed to my dad to take a picture and that was it.

Anyway, I'm just drifting miles from the subjest so onto why I picked what i picked.

I choose KOTR 98 for obvious reasons just to bear witnesss to that Hell in a Cell match and to punch the guy that said ''Finish the match, Man!'' to Foley as he was being stretched away after the first cell bump.

SummerSlam 00 to witness the best TLC match ever and one of the most riveting also. A great ME, amazing Shane bump and solid matches.

SummerSlam 02 mainly for the HBK comback, but also for an amzing card and the shocking reality that set in when Brock Lesnar became the youngest WWE champion of all time.

They sound like chippendales, but I don't know of a nickname or team name so I'm at a loss.

I think this would have to be "Well Dunn", one of the worst tag team gimmicks of all time. I believe it was Timothy Well and Steven Dunn, or something to that effect. Definitely the most homo-erotic tag team ever. And I too question what is wrong with this thread? Sometimes I really don't get the uptight mod rules on threads.

Their outfits were tacky, for certain...heading to the ring with bowties on. :-) They live forever in the annuls of Wreslecrap, for certain. A bio on them can be found here, courtesy of obsessedwithwrestling.com. Beware, the picture may scare you!

After thinking of it, I believe going back to the time Hulk Hogan beat Iron Shiek would have been outstanding.

And, the Montreal Screwjob, just so I could witness Bret's life falling apart.

I would have also loved to see the Flair v Von Erich match, I remember watching it on TV and wanting to throw my TV in disgust.

And, any Tommy Rich v Buzz Sawyer match would have been great.

Thank you for your irrelevant opinion.

If you are talking about the Texas Stadium David Von Erich Memorial card where Kerry beat Flair for the NWA World Title, I was there.

Texas Stadium was not prepared for the huge crowd (50,000 +). My girlfriend (now my wife)stood in the concesion line for about an hour and when she got to the front, they said all they had was warm coke with no ice. She paid the full price and missed the entire 6-man tag title match where Fritz, Kevin, and Mike beat the Freebirds (Hayes, Gordy, and Roberts). I was such a mark at that time, but I would go back and watch that whole card again.

Thanks for bringing that up, pleasant memories.

You have no idea how much abuse I caught for this in school. My name is Steven Dunne.

I was thinking of the Fantastics, but they were NWA/WCW in the late 80s.

Bash at the Beach '96-- the night Hogan shocked the world by joining with The Outsiders. I would've been one of the guys tossing trash into the ring, just 'cuz I could get away with it.

Starrcade '97-- the night Sting defeated Hogan for the WCW World Title. I wish it would have gone better than it did, but it was still glorious.

The Nitro before Road Wild '99-- Chris Benoit wins the U.S. Title, and Hulkamania returns.

Souled Out '00-- Chris Benoit wins the WCW World Heavyweight Championship in his last match with the company.

WrestleMania X-7-- Austin turns heel, defeating The Rock for the WWF Championship... Edge & Christian defeat The Dudley Boyz and Hardy Boyz in TLC II.

WrestleMania XX-- The best WrestleMania ever, in my mind-- and the night that Chris Benoit won the World Heavyweight Title.

There's lots of big events like WrestleManias and notorious stuff like Montreal but if I seriously had a choice of any crowd to be in, it would be September 14, 1998, in Greenville, SC (slashwrestling.com) - and I'm a little amazed no one's mentioned that one yet.

I'll pay to watch Steffo roll around on the mat. The same can't be said for Stone Cold or Bisch.
