....here's how anybody with a brain would've booked it.

Hogan obviously can't hold his own in a one-on-one match with a top star like Triple H, so the WWF doesn't book him that way. After WMX-8, Vince decides to be a vindictive bastard and books Hogan against midcard guys to "prove himself" after his loss to the Rock. Hogan is outdone athletically by guys like Albert, DDP or Bob Holly, but ekes out wins with his veteran wiles. This eventually builds for a month or so, until Hogan somehow earns a spot in a Fatal Fourway for the title involving HHH, Undertaker and Jericho, for example. The match is a long, hardfought battle with Hogan holding his own until he gets pedigreed outside the ring and left for dead. In the ring, the other three battle it out until one man (probably Y2J) is knocked out in the ring due to a Tombstone or something. HHH and Taker incapicitate each other on the outside, while Hogan crawls back in the ring and lands the legdrop for the pin and the title. It's hailed as an impossible upset, the old veteran getting on top once more.

That would be fine if Hogan was in any shape to "wrestle" more than once a month. Instead we get lots and lots of promos, brother.

Isn't "lots and lots of promos" exactly what the champ does now that they've split anyway? I figure it's good, since Triple H can now wrestle once a week instead of only standing around waiting for the PPV to defend his title.

Besides, Hogan has to work 2 nights a week per his deal, and with the split, unless he's champion, he'll be wrestling at a house show for one of those days. That means one more match taken out of him when he's probably only got a dozen or so left.

Keeping him on both tv shows while at the same time doing less wrestling is the best way to make the most out of Hulkamania 2.0

Well, that would be a great way to book it if Hogan was a heel. But the fans have decided he's a face. As a face, Hogan really isn't a "veteran wiles" kind of guy (although this scenario could certainly work for a face Ric Flair). While of course us smarks know better, the crowd obviously buys that fact that Hogan can indeed hold his own one-on-one with a top star like HHH.

Good lord! Look what I just found at 411, courtesy of Wrestlingobserver.com

It appears that the WWF may headline the Judgment Day PPV with a 4-way dance for the WWF Title featuring Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker, Triple H, and Chris Jericho. Even though one-on-one matches are usually stronger draws compared to 4-ways, the general idea is that a Hogan vs. Undertaker match would be horrible.

Just call me Psychic Joe. I predict my exact scenario to happen during the match.

My mom's going back to school, studying online at the University of Phoenix. She's doing a paper about team conflict-- and how it can be both positive and negative. The very first line of her paper, I swear to God, is this:
