Yes, they are back. Even as we speak, TwitChange 2.0 (twitchange.com) is underway! Main honcho this time around is Troy Palomalu Polamalu, and appropriately he currently holds the top auction at $10,300 - the catch is, THAT auction comes with four Super Bowl tickets, so it's not a bad deal at the current ticket prices.
But that's not why I'm calling. Believe it or not, somehow, when you go to eBay and search on "TwitChange" the #1 "Best Match" comes up.....me.
I absolutely promise I did not intentionally make myself the #1 result. (If I WERE this kind of genius, we'd still be getting thousands of people to look at my stupid list of DVDs every week.)
Anyway, the definition of "celebrity" has been stretched beyond all get out as half of the auctions are still at the flatline/opening bid of $1.00, while I have SOARED to (as I type this) $2.26.
WHO WILL WIN?
WILL IT BE YOU?
IT WILL NOT
All this ends Saturday! (...except the Super Bowl ones - they end Wednesday.)
At this rate, I'll be ready to convince them I'm an actual celebrity by TC3 and take part in the thing. Of course, I'd have to give 100% to charity were that to actually happen, not that that would be so terrible.
