I have to have a song like "Put me in coach, I'm ready to play" to use as part of a presentation for a YMCA fundraiser. There will be pictures of children playing over this.
This song was used last year, so we can't use it.
Themes are: Sportsmanship, children, fun, happy, etc.
The Song YMCA is out.
Due: immediately.
Thanks!

Here's the song...

That's the only song that really stood out for me - and my life is so un-child oriented that I don't know what else would work. I have some world music that also might do, but that's about all I can think of...

I swear to ye gods there's been at least one commercial out here with that song in it for the last decade. I loves me some GBS, but enough is enough.
(I'm guessing it hasn't been quite so overexposed in Oregon, so Guru, fill yer boots, great track, etc.)
My vote would go to Dylan's "Forever Young". | KJames199
