You don't really download and add it, you point the weinerboard at the location.
1. Find the picture you want to use as your avatar somewhere on the web 2. Go to the main screen, click on "Edit Profile" at the top left 3. Enter your name and password if needed, and click on Edit Profile again 4. Copy the URL of the picture you found in step #1 into the box beside "User Picture" 5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Edit Profile' for the final time 6. And, to quote that famous philosopher, Kelly Bundy, "Viola!"
So I'm apparently completely illiterate, but as you can see to the left, it doesn't seem to be working for me. I think I'm falling apart at the "copy the URL of the picture" portion of the job. I copied the page, which obviously didn't work. How do I get the URL of a picture which is only a portion of a page? Thanks
Click on the picture itself, and hopefully you'll be directed to a page that "only" has that picture on it. That is the URL you want to copy and paste. If the pic isn't linkified, then you've got me on how to make it your Avatar unless you can find it elsewhere.
You're going to want to type "http://www.lemonysnicket.com/images/art/poster_art.jpg" instead of "http://www.lemonysnicket.com/poster.html". The former is the image: The latter is the page containing the image.
Mmmm... Ashley Judd. The perfect woman. 1) Absolutely gorgeous. 2) Loves UK basketball. 3) Was on Star Trek. What more can you ask for?
ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH because of the observation or ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH because someone who joined the board 13 days ago was unaware of an observation made 6 months ago? Because if it is the latter, I'm not sure that is very fair.
