Normally, I hate reading posts like this, but unfortunately, I am in a position to start the ball rolling.
There is a man in Miami who I respect greatly. A ten year US Navy Veteran, a security contractor who served in Iraq. A father of two, and a loving husband.
Recently he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. He obviously has a terminal diagnosis. A good friend of mine, and former coworker of his, has set up a page to accept donations to help with his Medical Expenses, and sadly his future funeral expenses.
All I ask if for you guys to PLEASE check out the website, read a bit about Alex, and if you find it in your heart, make a donation. No matter how small, it will be greatly appreciated. And, if the move strikes you, please share this with anybody who you feel may also be able to help out.
