I added a few indexes in MySQL to some of the larger tables today. Let me know if you see any difference in access times.
I don't think we are slowing down too much, but I'm just trying to stay ahead of the game. The server is only a Pentium II 350 with 128 megs of RAM, so it's going to feel the pain at some point... I'm just trying to postpone that for a while.
I'm looking at the page rendering time... its between .05 and .2 seconds... that's normal. So maybe it's just heavy traffic between the server and the rest of the world. The PHP engine is pumping out the pages fast, which means the DB is still working fast (and as far as I can tell, it is)
Shouldn't "screw you" be preceded by the user's name, and followed by a big ol' "YOUUURRRRRR'E FAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRDD!" or something? Vinnie Mac fears CRZ.
