I will only have access from home, now, unless anyone has any suggestions?
Then again, y'all won't miss me and my long-winded rants nearly as much as I'll miss being able to post them.

My employer got all ban-happy once, but it stopped when the third-highest ranking executive in the company complained that she could no longer access match.com. | rinberg

How does that work?
Essentially, the translator will try to pick out words that match its German dictionary and translate them to English and display the page with the translated words. The address is coming from google.com and google is not usually blocked, so the software blocking the-w.com will be tricked into allowing the translated page to load.
Downside: It does change the words that resemble German words, making it hard to understand sometimes. It may work better with Russian or Chinese or some other non-Latin based language. YMMV.
