I would recommend against circumventing any block that your employer has put in place to prevent viewing of certain websites. { Sorry, you must be logged in to see this text! }

You could always get a smart phone or PDA with packet data internet. Then you'll completely bypass your employer's network. I've read the-w on a PDA and even an N-Gage.
My employer got all ban-happy once, but it stopped when the third-highest ranking executive in the company complained that she could no longer access match.com.

How does that work?
Essentially, the translator will try to pick out words that match its German dictionary and translate them to English and display the page with the translated words. The address is coming from google.com and google is not usually blocked, so the software blocking the-w.com will be tricked into allowing the translated page to load.
Downside: It does change the words that resemble German words, making it hard to understand sometimes. It may work better with Russian or Chinese or some other non-Latin based language. YMMV.

I thought this weeks episode was pretty good. Who knew John McCain was so entertaining? I loved him playing PETE. Just the sight of him with a long pony tail and hawiian shirt had me laughing.
