"I think we can declare the Brian Gerwertz era safely a failure."
In the meantime, Ashish once again makes a mountain out of a molehill, mentioning that SD did a 2 on the Fourth of July, when *EVERYBODY IS OUT CELEBRATING~!* Checked Zap2it.com... Top 20 network shows for last week had one Thursday show in them.
Wonder why?

Reading SK's report, I also have to agree with him.
As for Independence Day...the rating will really matter this Thursday with the Rock's return. If it's a bust, it's time to panic in the WWE. July 4th means NOTHING.
I work at a Blockbuster Video. Since summer vacation for all the school's started, it has been busy pretty much every night for the last month. But it was DEAD on July 4th. So last week was not a good temperature on the current status of the WWE.

most areas in the dc area cancelled fireworks due to drought [fire concerns] plus it was like 100 degrees at night, and the mall had terrorist threats...

| #7 Posted on 14.7.02 0042.06 | Scott Kieth is my hero, but Smackown(!) sucks compared to Raw. I'm just burnt out on all the Smackdown guys that (until HHH turns heel) I don't see any reason to care about any of them. Hogan's beter than he has been in a while, but that's not saying much. The Rock's the Rock, alway fun butg never revoltutionary, Angle's brilliant, and Jericho's Jericho, fun but too goofy to take seriously. And HHH is gone.
At least RAW has novelty value. Go go Gerwetz Racer! Kevin Nash is a personal hero of mine No won else has squeezed so much fame and fortune out of so little talent, I can onl;y dream of doing so much.
I don't really understand what Debaser said but I agree with him.

| #8 Posted on 15.7.02 0020.05 | 1) What Mr. Keith said was not so profound. "I NO LIKE THE GERWITZ!" I feel the same way, as do so many other people who don't read the stuff Keith writes. Don't give someone credit for writing down a common opinion.
"Hitler was a naughty guy!"
"Dude, I hate to do this, but I totally agree with Smoove K"...
2) I may only have one hero, but at least I can spell his name correctly. Even if he is me.
Now, I don't use the word "hero" very often...
