So, its now really wide open. This is a win for all the Republican hopefuls as well as Obama. If there was one guy I thought would give Obama a tough time, it was him. Not that it will be clear sailing for Obama, but I am sure they are glad he is gone.

The next 4 years promise to be brutal for your average potential candidate and I don't particularly see how any of the candidates on either side have the necessary skills politically or the moral courage to pull it off.
