I'm thinking of getting one of these when I get my new laptop.

Does anyone have one or heard anything from someone who does?

I've never used that one, but it looks like a solid implementation. I used to have a docking bay on my Dell laptop for work, and I had to put a phone book or two under it so that it was high enough for me to use when docked. I like the way they do that, and I assume that the hinges are built to take the additional stress.

Ignorance is bliss for you, hell for me.

Firefox/Mozilla vulnerabilities don't seem to me as big of a deal, because you really have to work hard for the programs NOT to update automatically. If you don't tell to update right away, it'll do it the next time you start the program.
