It makes more sense to me for Lesnar to drop the belt to Guerrero at No Way Out, becasue a Guerrero/Angle match needs that title factor while a Goldberg/Lesnar match would not need a title to be important. And besides it makes more sense this way then putting Goldberg in the No. 1 contenders match at No Way Out or putting him on Smackdown. Goldberg has no 'legal loophole' like Benoit did, Bischoff just can't give away Goldberg. It should come down to Bischoff and Heyman squaring off and saying 'my top guy and your top guy will square off at WrestleMania XX!' What do you guys think.
sounds great and all, but what about the No Way Out match for the Number 1 Contender Match at Wrestlmania? Unless of course Eddie Guerrero wins which would make WWE programming more surprising and appealing.

Huh? No, Guerrero would win the title match at No Way Out, and Angle takes the #1 Contenders match, so Guerrero and Angle are on for the title at Mania. Goldberg presumably gets involved in the match, so Lesnar is all pissed at him and insists that Heymann make a deal for him to face Goldberg.
Some of the details may be off, but the only reason I can think of to doubt that this will happen is that WWE may feel that it's so obvious that they need to do something different for the element of surprise.
There are a couple of things that by themselves don't add up to Eddie winning the title at No Way Out, but together make it look very likely. First off is the Eddie/Angle fued tease, then the fact that Angle in the #1 contender's match. Also, the Goldberg/Lesner tension combined with the fact that if Lesner was the champ facing either Show/Angle/Cena at Wrestlemania there would be no Goldberg vs. Lesner payoff, and there would be no chance for it later if Goldberg is indeed leaving afterwards.
Two matches that have been built up recently hinge upon Eddie winning the title at No Way Out, unless there are some baffling last minute twists and turns.
A shark on whiskey is mighty risky, a shark on bear is a bear engineer.
I just hope they don't have Lesnar win, and still face Goldberg at WMXX by some "legal loophole" bullcrap. I hate it when they don't stick to their guns storyline wise. It just comes off as looking bush league and it "delegitimizes" the whole thing.
"Huard, gonna go back to throw the ball. Sets up, looks, throws towards the corner of the endzone...it is INTERCEPTED INTERCEPTED, THE DUCKS HAVE THE BALL! Down to the 35, the 40. Kenny Wheaton's gonna score! Kenny Wheaton is gonna score! 20, the 10, Touchdown! Kenny Wheaton on the interception, the most incredible finish to the football game!" www.eatmyassbeavernation.com
I thought the match was quite good. I don't know where the hell Good Ole J.R. and Jerry's heads were during this match. That and the fans were never really into the event all night. I think Goldberg got the biggest pop.
