My wife and I will be married for 13 years on April 8th. We met online (on IRC, of all effing things) a year earlier, roundabout the same date. The crazy thing is that I proposed to her after knowing her online for exactly one week and well over two months before we met in person. And that I did it in an online game of truth or dare.
Getting married in 2000 makes it really easy to know how long you've been married. We actually only just had our first child two months ago, a little girl.

Beaters. A bunch of them. But that's really to be expected when you buy cars for like $100. I had quite the bad luck for a time. I'd have the car for a while, then something expensive on it would break. Let's see, got my license in 1999.
