Just what Houston needed: another not-a-point guard.

I feel so sorry for Jim Jackson. I remember the "Three J" stable in Dallas (Jackson, Kidd, Mashburn) and I thought he would breakout. This is like his 80th team in 12 years.

I don't get this trade from Houston's standpoint... Jim Jackson is a quality player who's been performing well for Houston in his time there, and now they trade him AND Nachbar (although he's not that great, he still has some potential) for a guy who's not a natural point and is on the downside of his career? I like Wesley from his days in Charlotte, but he's not the shooter he once was.

What can ya expect? This is the same team who traded their starting backcourt and Kelvin Cato for Tracy McGrady.

The Magic totally raped them on that trade, and with Grant Hill actually healthy (can't believe it either), and Dwight Howard, are having a good season. Houston is the third best team out of 3 in Texas. That's about the best thing I can say for them, oh, that and Yao Ming is pretty good.

Nawlins just suspended Jim Jackson indefinitely for not reporting.

I don't get it. Who wouldn't want to report to a 2-25 team?

For the stretch run of the 2008-09 season, several of the playoff-contending teams have made, or will soon make, signings to improve their depth.
