Byron Scott fired replaced by GM Jeff Bower and TIM FLOYD brought back to the Hornets as Assistant coach.

I wonder how long before Chris Paul wants out?

This team is a mess. They are over the luxury tax, are thin on the bench and have little scoring punch. They aren't going to spend anymore money. They're actually the team that should have went to OKC.

Scott should have been fired right after the 58 point home play off loss debacle and you are right Paul is going to want out soon. I guess the question is how much value are the Hornets going to get in return for him? They might have to start looking soon, because if he ever makes it known he wants out they will have a hard time getting seventy cents on the dollar back for him.

Mike Wilbon LOVES that Tim Floyd has a job again. Tee hee! I'd say that maybe the Hawks can atone for their Biggest Mistake Ever in passing on Chris Paul, but I dunno if we can swing a trade for him, even if we offer up Bibby and Teague both.

dunkndollaz:Just the fact he took the job after killing Kobe in the press sent a message that he was in it solely for the money. As far as Kobe's 81 - anyway you break it down, it ain't 100 points.
