Los Angeles-based Profiles in History is set to auction off some priceless hollywood memorabilia Thursday. Some things include:

*George Reeves 1950s Superman costume

*Arnold Schwarzenegger's Terminator 2 gloves

*Mel Brooks' screenplay of the 1968 film "The Producers"

There will be 360 items for sale at the auction. Last year they sold "Captain Kirk's Command Chair from the "Star Trek" TV series for $306,000."

I dont know about $306,000, but that would be a pretty cool ass chair to have.

Some movies don't need to be remade, I think. The original is a classic. It's like remaking the Exorcist or the Amityville Horror (although I'm sure someone will eventually). Why would you remake a perfectly good movie?
