| #21 Posted on 5.3.11 0240.44 | I finally got around to reading Bret's book last week, and one of the biggest shocks for me was just how little he liked Dean Malenko. I don't recall the specifics off-hand, but he was just surprisingly negative about him on the whole and didn't seem to think much of him.

| #22 Posted on 5.3.11 1407.31 | If I recall correctly, Bret blamed Dean for suffering a groin(?) injury during a crotch spot on the top rope. According to Bret, Dean never apologized/showed concern about it and kind of hauled ass getting out of the arena that night as soon as the match was over.
I don't recall if Bret went into detail communicating how much he was injured to Dean.
Maybe there was more to this, but that is all I remember about Dean in Bret's book. | Moss

I find it hard to believe that Bret would hold a grudge.
