I've had my nose to the grind lately and I've just now taken it off, so maybe I missed something obvious, but could somebody please explain to me why I keep hearing that Obama is "reeling?" Because of Pennsylvania?? Wasn't that expected for, like, ever?

I think it's because of PA, combined with his "bitter immigrant-haters clinging to guns & religion" comments, combined with his wack-job former pastor that wont go away that gives people the "reeling" impression. I'm personally not holding any of that stuff against him, but I can see why others would.

To me, it's not so much that he's reeling, it's that he's letting Clinton "control the narrative". (A phrase I personally can't stand.) He (himself, not necessarily his campaign) been fairly silent since Penn, so the media's had no reason not to run with wacky stuff like the Wright "controversy".

I have to laugh about how the Republicans are doing everything in their power to help Hillary get the nomination, since they know that Hillary/McCain is a tossup, whereas Obama would destroy McCain in a general election. O'Reilly threw more softballs in that interview than a batting practice pitcher.
“How is it that I am a good actor? What I do is I... pretend to be the person I’m portraying. You’re confused. Case in point: in Lord of the Rings, Peter Jackson comes to me and says ‘I would like you to be Gandalf the Wizard,’ and I said ‘You are aware that I am not really a wizard?’ and Peter Jackson said ‘I would like you to use your acting skills to portray a wizard for the duration of the show.’ So I said ‘Okay’ and then I said to myself ‘Mmm.. How do I do that?’ And this is what I did: I imagined that I was a wizard, and then I pretended, and acted, in that way on the stage. How did I know what to say? The words were written down for me in a script. How did I know where to stand? People told me where to stand." -- Sir Ian McKellen, Extras | CajunMan

Actually That is Rush Limbaugh who started Operation Chaos and it worked in PA and TX.
Obama may have win the primary states but it may be a different story when it comes down to DNC convention(SuperDelegates). Not to mention if Obama's Minister can't keep his mouth shut.

He doesn't need to. He can create Obama Republicans, a.k.a. Republicans who are disgusted by Bush and thus disgusted by McCain patterning 90 percent of his plans after Dubya. Obama as the nominee puts way more states in play than Hillary does.

My father falls into this category, although I wouldn't use the word "disgusted" as much as I would use the word "frustrated".
As far as I know, he's never seriously considered voting Democrat until now.
