I just had a thought: the big "question" behind the current HHH story is which side he'll go with: Raw or Smackdown? But what if the answer is both? What if he forms a stable, a la the nWo/DX, with Michaels, X-Pac, and maybe one or two others (Show?) to act like it was originally hoped the nWo would -- a third party that would bounce back and forth between both shows, creating problems for both owners?

Then I would do to Raw what I do to Smackdown almost every single week...avoid it at all costs. Seriously, if I have to suffer through HHH on Raw and SD!, I will cut down to only watching Velocity and PPV's.

HHH is overrated, largely because the extra 30-40 pounds he gained during his time off. X-Pac sucks. HBK is overpaid, overrrated and broken down.

D-X is dead. Let it stay dead.

Isn't the only good thing about the split is that we don't have to have people like Crippled H hogging up TV time on both shows.

Serious I'm just barely hanging on watching the product now just because it has more good (barely) then bad. But H and his buddies being on both shows could make NHS pull a CRZ

I just had a thought. Oh, man, what if we NEVER see that crappy nWo stable AGAIN! DX too! They can both rot in hell. It's not 1996, or 1998 or whatever past you're living in. ASnd if Triple H was on both shows and nobody else was, there's only one word to describe that. Shitty. Add boring, and change the channel to the list. Sure the last wasn't one word, but it's one action.

An open letter to Andrew Gilkison from me: Sir, I am no longer pleased with your product and thus will not read it. I am the consumer and your product is not living up to my expectations. I could open up an Andrew Gilkison message board and cry about it, but that's a waste of my time. In the meantime, I would suggest you work on improving your product. Thank you.

Watching RAW and Smackdown doesn't cost anymore than your posts do. And so, like a good consumer, I'm tuning you out.

Hand that man a fucking award for thinking clearly.

Of course, I never thought they'd dig the nWo up again either...

If they let H on both shows without Being the The Undisputed Champion it would pretty much blow this split out of the water. Now if they made him the womens champ that would be interesting. He is bi a lot of things you know, and linguals not one of them.

I don't care where Triple H goes as I don't give a flying fuck about Triple H. But I guess I'd rather have him on Smackdown as I don't get to see much of that brand (no UPN where I live) and thus would be spared of seeing a whole lot of him. Not sure I could take seeing him on RAW doing boring twenty minute promos with Bischoff standing in the background.

If Trips goes to RAW, they should turn him heel and basically use him to job to the up-and-coming main eventers like Booker and RVD in well-booked programs and use whatever rub he has left to give, and stop promoting him as the guy.

And yes, DX is dead. Let it rest in peace, damn it.

Thanks, I needed a laugh today and I couldn't have asked for anything better than the above.

The ``Whither Triple H?'' arc isn't anything new or outstanding or anything but sub sole nihil novi est after all.

I'm at least interested enough to tune in Monday and find out what happens. And I'm even willing to consider the possibility that I might find it entertaining. Qu'elle idée!

As for the connotations of a stable that would affect both shows, I'm not only open to the idea, I'm willing to bet it's pretty close to necessary. Triple H makes as good an in-ring leader of such a group as any (and probably makes the most sense from several perspectives).

Impressive, three languages in the same post. However, as fluent as I am in English and French, I am sadly lacking in Latin. A little help, please.

As for the points you were making, I agree that Triple H should be given the shot and I'll avoid pre-judging his entertainment value until I see where they go with it. I like the idea of a stable which crosses show boundaries, but with the proviso that it be a new stable and not nWo 2002, DX mark 17, Four Horsemen the next generation etc. This blatant recycling of old gimmicks has got to stop.

I agree, let it die, just like the nWo.
