Just a couple quick questions:

* Why exactly did Tracy bother to try and escape? Not only was the place swarming with security (bringing her chances of actually making it out of the building to about zero), but she heard the lady from Homeland Security say that she was going to order her immediate release on the grounds of human-rights violations ... So why risk her freedom by freezing some random dude?

* Was it supposed to be obvious that the Indian woman didn't want to go through with the marriage because she's a lesbian, or am I reading too much into things?

* I had myself convinced that Claire's new friend - Aquaboy - was played by the guy from Are You Afraid of the Dark? (en.wikipedia.org) ... Apparently, that's not the case (heroeswiki.com).

* I just wanted it to be noted somewhere on the internet that Claire puts peanut butter on her rice cakes ... Nothing major, it's just that I do that too ;)

I was surprised at the end when Mohinder, Parkman and Suresh showed up at the bar because I was thinking so much about Sylar and Mr. Bennett that I didn't think about them. Sad to see no mention of Daphne getting killed.

The fact that they haven't said a thing about her after she got shot (last week or this week) leads me to believe she's not dead.

I don't believe Daphne is dead either. Her character is only non-season one character that I don't want to punch in the face. The show has done nice job of creating story arc that is realistic and makes sense. I am a little shocked no mentioned how Ando and Hiro left the US while still being wanted men. The Psycho killer song was pretty sweet though.

Wow. I must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, cuz aside from Sylar blowing out the van at the end, I HATED this episode.

I'm sick of Claire being a twit. Her father may not be doing the right things, but he's doing it FOR HER. I know she's being all rebellious and all, but why would you trust some unknown person texting you over your father, who's motivations are pretty well established? And what does the (M) mean after the caller's name on her phone? This relationship used to be one of my favorites on the show, but Claire and her superboyfriend of the week have irked me beyond redemption.

And how lame was the conversation between Luke and Sylar about him being a serial killer. Sylar's been pretty good lately, but the "technically, I am a serial killer" line was so awkward. I almost feel like Quinto botched the line on purpose. I did like how the kid lied to get himself a moment to disrupt the cop with the gun at Sylar's head to set up Sylar kicking ass. I kinda wanted Sylar to leave the kid behind, though. What are the odds, with Sylar involved on a chase for his father, and a kid named Luke being involved, that some variation on "Luke, I am your father" comes into play. Is there anyway that Luke could be Sylar's dad in disguise?

And Hiro is SO annoying with his "I want my powers back I need to be the hero" schtick. I like how Ando was so pushy to just intervene in this wedding. The indian chick was cute. I can't say I care if she's a lesbian or not, though. Part of me wants Ando to die as it seems between him and Hiro there's one real person and maybe Hiro will mature if he loses something with meaning.

The only reason I'm still watching this show is because Chuck is the lead-in. And I don't know how much longer that will help it. All I can say is, at this point, I plan on watching next week. Hopefully I won't be so dour.

You believe me, don't you?

Personally, I loved "Technically, I am a serial killer." I'm also getting a kick out of Kid Sylar. I also am tired of Claire and her insistence on being the second stupidest character on the show (by my ranking, it's 1. Parkman, 2. Claire, 3. Peter). And they were definitely implying that the Indian lady and her business partner were lovers.

"What's the status on the Bennet girl?"
"Eyes only. We look but we don't touch!"

But she's legal now! Oh, all right.

When Daphne was shot and Tracy and Claire were removed, the Justice League of Ando, Hiro, Peter, Mohinder, and Parkman became the worst kind of sausage factory. Plus Peter nominated himself as their leader last week? They're doomed if they're taking marching orders from that nitwit. Of the five of those clowns, I'd nominate Ando. He's the only one who isn't a complete idiot.

"Rebel" is Micah.

I sure as hell don't remember how this turned out from last season but did Hiro ever get his adult memories back? He had the mind of a 10 year old for several episodes. Not that there was any real difference between how Hiro "10 years old" acted from "adult" Hiro, but was that something that the writers just dropped and forgot about?

His mother was a healer, and she healed Hiro's mind before she died.

I am right there with you. After the episode before this one, I said I was about done with this show. Characters are getting annoying, story resets too frequent, uninteresting arcs, side switching...it's all very annoying.

Then I watched this episode. And didn't like it. Sylar's Road Trip? Don't care. Evil Bald Guy? Uninteresting. Moira Kelly? Interesting but we'll never see her again. Tracy trying to escape made ZERO sense when she knew she was getting out. Lame story point.

So I was done. But I noticed my DVR got tonight's show as well and I watched it. And it was good. Dammit. They bought themselves a few more weeks.

I'll blurb this here since this pertains to the subject but not exactly current subject. Was browsing along today when I came across this small article. Think it's worth a brush through if your fan of axed shows. DVD Empire reviews canceled shows.
