If you know, there was a kids series of books about a dog called 'spot'. Spot the dog did all sorts of things like go to the shops, or get tucked into bed at night. This sight is meant to be more random, about a thing called 'boil'. If you like random, then maybe you like this site.

This question seems to come up more and more lately.
I know there are some boards with a special 'newbies/welcome' forum, where people are required to make their first post, and required to tell a little about themselves.
Maybe with all of our new *friends* this is something to think about?

I can still read the opening post by ijcrwk which is unrated apparently. But later on (his 12th post) - I can't see it because he's rated less than 1.50, which I have blocked.
I was of the impression your rating was updated on EVERY post you'd ever made once you'd been rated. (Not that I particularly care, I'm not offended by the opening post - I just haven't been in a position where I can read a post by a user, but not his next post.)

The odd effect is: Say somebody's got one rating at 0. You override the screening to look at the post, & decide to give a higher rating using the "rate this user" link associated with that post. When you get redirected from the "rate this user" page back to the post's page, the newly modified rating is shown on that particular post. I'm perfectly fine with that bit of quirkiness, since you get the immediate feedback of how your rating modification changed the poster's rating. But it is just a little bit odd. | CRZ

Kid, until the quality goes up I'd like to reccomend removing the donation box.
Also, add nude photos of lesbians.
Also, claim that Tammy Stytch writes adventures of Boil. Then you're set!

The adventures are good though. Boring at first, but Boil and the Tree is great.
