Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan, Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Championship: They're stacking the odds in Bryan's favor...which means he loses.
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, World Championship Match: Cena wins. Maybe Sandow tries to cash in and fails.
C.M. Punk vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman, Handicap Hell in a Cell Match: Punk just beat Ryback, but we've already had Heyman beat Punk. I'll go with Ryback and Heyman winning.
A.J. Lee vs. Brie Bella, Divas Championship Match: I picked Brie last PPV and lost, so I figure she'll get it here.
Goldust & Cody Rhodes vs. The Shield vs. The Usos, Triple Threat Tag Team Championship Match: Too soon to switch the titles back? Goldust and Cody win and retain.
EDIT:
The Real Americans vs. Los Matadores: The Matadors win and El Torito does something silly.

Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan, Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Championship: It's remarkable how terrible Orton has been through this entire thing, being completely overshadowed by Hunter and Stephanie. You'd THINK a mercy-killing is in order, but that ending promo on Raw had a Bryan/HHH program written all over it and I can't imagine they give Bryan the belt here. Orton wins and goes on to feud with Big Show, because we've never seen that match before.
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, World Championship Match: This match ends in one of two ways -- Either Cena beats Del Rio clean and then beats Sandow clean to establish YES SIR, JOHN CENA IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!! But I'm going to go with a different scenario and guess that this ends in a No Contest (with Cena dispatching the heels anyway, because John Cena), which would free up Cena for another title chase.
C.M. Punk vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman, Handicap Hell in a Cell Match: This has to be it. It's LOOOOONG past time to blow this one off. Ryback knocks himself out on a blind charge or something and Punk destroys Heyman, once and for all, to finally end this feud.
A.J. Lee vs. Brie Bella, Divas Championship Match: Brie wins. I weep.
Goldust & Cody Rhodes vs. The Shield vs. The Usos, Triple Threat Tag Team Championship Match: The Rhodes Boys are the hottest act in wrestling right now and they should retain easily.
PRE-GAME: Curtis Axel vs. Big E Langston, Intercontinental Championship Match: This is going to be a night of reckoning for the Heyman Guys, which means losses across the board. Langston gets the pin and the title, which hopefully means a significant push.

"Playing guitars. It's hard to sing while playing...guitars."
Bryan, ADR (I sense something screwy going on with Cena, so I'm foolishly betting against him), Punk, Brie (time to freshen up the Divas title scene a bit), Rhodes, Langston.

C.M. Punk vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman, Handicap Hell in a Cell Match: This has to be it. It's LOOOOONG past time to blow this one off. Ryback knocks himself out on a blind charge or something and Punk destroys Heyman, once and for all, to finally end this feud.
My only concern with such an ending (and I agree that it's the best logical ending to the feud) is that Paul Heyman would be off TV for ... how long? Ever? Or just til Brock Lesnar is ready to come back, perhaps?
My predictions:
Daniel Bryan ADR AJ Lee CM Punk Rhodes Brothers Big E Los Matadores
WWE Title: Daniel Bryan v Randy Orton: The idea might be to set up a D-Bry/HHH feud to troll the fanbase, and so Orton wins. We'll ignore for the while the fact that based on HHH's closing promo on Raw, such a feud *only* makes sense if Bryan wins the title and becomes an "A+ Player," supposedly worthy enough to fight HHH.
The other question is how do you deal with Shawn Michaels? If Bryan is losing, Michaels either has to turn and Superkick him, or then somehow be incapacitated and forced to affirm a tainted victory.
World Heavyweight Title: Alberto Del Rio v John Cena: Cena wins clean. Sandow tries to cash in and fails.
Handicap Hell in a Cell: CM Punk v Ryback and Paul Heyman: Punk does exactly what he said on Raw: he puts Ryback to sleep and then murderizes Heyman, thereby ending the feud. If the main feud has any legs left after this show, Punk joins the fray.
Divas Title: AJ Lee v Brie Bella: Brie wins, because that godawful show needs something to keep it going for another half-season.
Tag Titles: Triple Threat: Rhodes Boys v The Usos v The Shield: Here's my sleeper pick for match of the night. These three teams can all bring it and should have a great contest. I believe the Usos are there to do the job, especially as the Shield (individually and as a team) have been losing a lot in recent weeks. Cody and Goldust retain by pinning one of the Usos.
Real Americans v Los Matadores: Matadores win. Americans continue getting big face reactions.
Preshow: Intercontinental Title: Curtis Axel v Big E Langston: Big E wins because he's awesome and I need more of his entrance music on a weekly basis.
Only five matches on the card - I get the feeling that we'll have some sort a Wyatt Family/Miz interaction. Have Bray and Miz actually fought one-on-one?
* Orton beats Bryan. Ugh. The fact that Bryan comes out of this without regaining the title is pretty weak, with the only silver lining being if he submits HHH in a singles match at Survivor Series next month. In fact, I'll hope that's what goes down, meanwhile also seeing Orton defend against Big Show in a thoroughly uninteresting feud.
* Cena over Del Rio just because
* AJ over Brie, hopefully
* Punk over Ryback/Heyman
* Rhodes Family over the Shield and the Usos
* Langston over Axel to win the IC title (and hopefully not the months of jobbing that seems to come with it)

The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone." --- Bart Giamatti, on baseball
Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan, Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Championship: Before Bryan got the better of Orton and they teased a Bryan/HHH match on the go-home show, I'd have picked Bryan hands down. Now I'm not so sure. Michaels turning would be decidely pants, plus a Big Show/HHH feud seems more likely at this point. I'll stick with Bryan Winner: Bryan
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, World Championship Match: Can't see anything other than a decisive Cena win. Winner: Cena
CM Punk vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman, Handicap Hell in a Cell Match: Hoprefully this feud gets blown off on Sunday (at least until Brock gets back). Winner: Punk
A.J. Lee vs. Brie Bella, Divas Championship Match: Brie, regrettably. Winner: Brie
Goldust & Cody Rhodes vs. The Shield vs. The Usos, Triple Threat Tag Team Championship Match: Too soon to take the belt off the Rhodes'. Winners: The Rhodes'
Curtis Axel vs. Big E Langston, Intercontinental Championship Match: May as well give Big E a run with the belt. Can't be any worse than Axel's run. Winner: Big E
Real Americans vs. Los Matadores: Los Matoadores win and Michael Cole fake guffaws at El Torito's antics. Winners: Los Matadores
Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan, Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Championship: The HBK superkick finish is so telegraphed and predictable that I think it might actually happen. Even though they already did this finish essentially at SummerSlam when guest ref HHH pedigreed Bryan to give Orton the win, they do it again here. Also, Bryan hit Orton with his finisher on RAW and that usually means at the PPV he'll lose.
WINNER: Randy Orton
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, World Championship Match: I think Cena wins, and he should win, because the WHC really could use it and Del Rio just isn't doing anything for the belt besides wearing it.
WINNER: John Cena
C.M. Punk vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman, Handicap Hell in a Cell Match: This feud really needs to end, but I feel it can only end when Punk beats Lesnar, which might never happen. I think Ryback and Heyman win to redeem Ryback's loss last year. That makes enough sense to me.
WINNER: Ryback/Heyman
A.J. Lee vs. Brie Bella, Divas Championship Match: I think Brie Bella wins finally. AJ's not done with the belt yet, though.
WINNER: Brie Bella
Goldust & Cody Rhodes vs. The Shield vs. The Usos, Triple Threat Tag Team Championship Match: I think Goldust/Rhodes should maintain their momentum, that makes sense.
WINNERS: Goldust/Cody
Curtis Axel vs Big E Langston: Axel's been champion for a while, so now's a good time to take it off of him and have it mean something. Big E's been solid and I think now would be a good time to give him the belt.
WINNER: Big E Langston
Real Americans vs Los Matadores Real Americans went over on RAW, so I think Los Matadores win here.
Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan, Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Championship
My analysis: Michaels is retired, and they wouldn't turn him here without giving Bryan at least the opportunity for some comeuppance. The only way he could get that is by beating Michaels in a match.
I don't see Michaels coming out of retirement, after losing a retirement match to The Undertaker of all people at WrestleMania. So therefore I don't see Michaels turning.
Absent the possibility of a Michaels turn, I see Bryan regaining the WWE Championship here.
My pick: Daniel Bryan (new WWE Champion)
Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena, World Championship Match
My analysis: Del Rio is doing nothing for the World Title's prestige. He's so much better as a face! Why'd they have to turn him heel again?!
Cena winning the belt would immediately make the World Title relevant again.
My pick: John Cena (new World Heavyweight Champion)
C.M. Punk vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman, Handicap Hell in a Cell Match
My analysis: Ugh, this feud's still going on? Give Punk the blowoff win here. Now, what to do with him?
My pick: CM Punk
A.J. Lee vs. Brie Bella, Divas Championship Match
My analysis: AJ is so far above Brie that Brie couldn't see her with a telescope.
My pick: AJ
Goldust & Cody Rhodes vs. The Shield vs. The Usos, Triple Threat Tag Team Championship Match:
My analysis: The Rhodes Brothers' title win of a couple weeks ago was one of WWE's great feel-good moments of 2013. Triple H, however, is not likely to take it lying down.
The Usos are in there to keep things unpredictable, I guess, but I don't think they have any chance of winning.
My pick: The Shield (new WWE Tag Team Champions)
Real Americans vs. Los Matadores:
Curtis Axel vs. Big E Langston, Intercontinental Championship:
My analysis: Day of reckoning for The Heyman Guys.
My pick: Big E Langston (new I-C Champion)
Final Analysis
This is probably an unrealistically high number of title changes.

I agree. But I've seen so many postings where people say the opposite...that he's horrible as a face and much better as a heel.
I think he's an ok heel, but he seemed to get a bigger crowd response when he was a face.

WWE Title Match: HBK turns heel, superkicks both guys, unlocks the cell door, HHH walks in and pins both guys to become the champion Shawn guaranteed, thus setting up a HHH/Bryan match.
World Heavyweight Title: Cena clean.
Punk/Heyman Family: Punk.
Divas Title: Eh... Brie.
Tag Titles: Shield.
Comedy Tag Match: Los Matadores
IC Title: The Big E push is a-go now that his pal John Cena is back.

While I don't think this will happen, I will say I did notice that there seemed to be a bit of intentional vagueness from HBK when he kept talking about guaranteeing a new champion. I suppose HHH could always get on the mic and say "Oh, it's now a three-way match -- with ME!"
