THANK YOU!!!

I've wanted to see this for quite some time now. I'd heard it was played totally straight, which is why it was in such bad taste. It's supposed to be even worse then THAT'S MY BUSH, which was pretty bad... and DESMOND PFEIFER(SP?) which just sucked worse the WAR AT HOME could ever hope to suck, but anyways.

THANKS!

That's My Bush, how straight was that being played though? It seemed to be pretty clearly a parody of the average sitcom.

Anyway, things like these if you do them at all, should only be 5 minute skits on SNL, or little throwaway deals on Family Guy.

Seriously, this is the kind of stuff we see on Family Guy, except its usually just a little 30 second gag and clearly meant as an off-color joke.

Remember the Hitler talk show with Christian Slater?

"Do you show your rear end in this movie?"

"Yes."

"How about showing us now?"

Slater starts to take his pants down.

"He's going to do it!"

That's the same joke here - it's a BBC production done to make fun of the awful "high concept" American sitcoms from the 80s. (Think "Small Wonder" or that show about Snow White). That's why everyone has (fake) American accents, instead of British (or German).

Meh. A parody of crap can only go so far before it becomes crap itself. The "Hi, it's me, Hitler, and I'm in an American sitcom" wears its joke out within the first minute. Besides that, Monty Python already did the Hitler living amongst us joke much better with the Hilter sketch.

While we're YouTubing hitler, check out this old Donald Duck cartoon with a genuinely catchy song.

Oh, I don't know, Heil, Honey is such a blatantly retarded I Love Lucy rip-off that it has the potential to be an immediate cult classic.

The last two Episodes have been great. Don't forget that they've also planted seeds for the Cosmic Cube and Secret Invasion. Possible Easter Egg: In last week's ep, Grim Reaper tells Baron Strucker that the "Fat Man" will cooperate. Kingpin?
