Probably more, actually. It's not hard at all to fudge the numbers for calorie counts, serving sizes, calories from fat, fat content, etc. Even stuff that you know is bad for you sometimes winds up being even worse for you. And this is before you start factoring in outright lies, which is something that some companies will definitely do. | whatever

One of my favorites are those Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. Looking at the Wild Blueberry muffin, it lists at 340 calories/serving. However, the serving size is 1/2 muffin for a whopping 680 calories for one muffin. Does anyone actually eat 1/2 a muffin?
I wonder if there's going to be any issues with the bill having to pass thru the House again?

Last chance to get a relatively guilt-free Baconator!
Taco Bell has already shattered those dreams. My typical post-game, beginning-of-the-long-ass-drive-home, cheap-as-balls Taco Bell "see, you can eat relatively healthy!" meal of a couple of fresco bean burritos, along with some other road-friendly item, ends up on the wrong side of the 1000 Calorie mark. (It doesn't help that the "other road-friendly item" is the five-layer, 550 Calorie burrito, but I would've thought the bean burritos were under 300 a pop.)
So yeah, nothing like finding out you've just been doing it wrong. -_-

The calorie count in two bean burritos is more than the calorie count in one In & Out Double Double. (Although the calories from fat is in the two burritos' favor, so...)
Edit: A Wendy's large fries: 590 calories. Wow.

So if you substitute a different kind of fries, cheese, bread, or sauce it gives you the adjusted calorie count. | Mr. Boffo

Even now as I go to their website, there is a link for nutrition information, but it fails to load. I guess they won't be able to hide much longer. | JayJayDean
