It was almost an unceremonious end, but the final episode of Harvey Birdman is in the books. It's almost just as well, because the show was really going downhill since Stephen Colbert's departure. But on that note, it was GREAT to see him come back. Long live PHIL~!...even if his return meant the end of Birdman.

Anything less than a half hour wouldn't have worked, since they brought back nearly every guest star from the entire series. No Reducto makes me a sad panda, though.

Overall, it was a pretty good end to what was a fine series. I remember catching the first episodes when Adult Swim first came to be and it's tough to see it go.

Go get the DVD's!

What was that, like, THREE episodes ago? C'mon.

Star of the episode (as always) was the bear.

I'm very excited to pick up the DVD of this... tomorrow. Harvey Birdman is my favourite Adult Swim show (unless Futurama counts) and it was hard to find on TV up here, even before I cheaped out and opted for only the most basic of cable packages.

Gotta find something new to watch now. Maybe Robot Chicken? I also like Sealab but I find a little of it goes a long way.

Sealab's been done for over two years, so it's going a LONG way for you. ;-)

I'm also grabbing the DVD tomorrow at Best Buy.

Well, we don't get Adult Swim here. The Cartoon Network picks up some AS shows, skips others, is sometimes seasons behind and sometimes skips entire seasons - or at least that's how it used to be back when I got that channel. So I don't really know what is and isn't current, though I was pretty sure that Sealab was long since done. I was basing my "little goes a long way" comment on the DVDs - I have the first two seasons of Sealab and have never made it all the way through them.

No thread for this?! I always love Butters episodes and this one does not disappoint do you know what I am saying? The main story was good but I laughed pretty hard each time the cop was busting someone, though the evidence bag was a little wrong.
