I hadn't watched MASH in a long while, and caught an episode on TV Guide channel the other day. Forgot how funny AND powerful it could be. He was such a great replacement when Colonel Blake left.

That's "horse PUCKY," which was a catchy phrase of his character on M*A*S*H.
(And, occasionally, depending on which network was airing the Total ad, it was replaced with an early cut away from his face so you wouldn't see his lips not form the words "horse FEATHERS," believe it or not)
