I'm surprised more players haven't opted out. His numbers aren't going to get any better-he's not making any more tackles. They should just give him one more up or down and be done with it.
I think they should've let him in already as one of the stars of the '86 Giants. Best defense ever.

He was the 3rd best linebacker on that defense (HARDLY the "best ever") after Taylor & Banks, & pretty much an above average middle linebacker. Carson was definitely a good character guy & an important part of the '86 Giants, but he did not have a Hall of Fame career. | too-old-now

How many times should anyone be asked "does it hurt?"
Harry is a classy guy who has done a lot for the community, he was an above average player, and because of that he's a fan favorite. I don't think he's a HOFer. |
