Saw this mentioned in today's Louisville Courier-Journal:
"Prince's performance at Coachella has been getting buzz for weeks. Lil' dude must have killed it. Of course, he kinda had to after a payday rumored to be nearly $5 million, which isn't bad for a couple of hours work.
One of the highlights was apparently a cover of Radiohead's "Creep," fan footage of which was readily available on YouTube until Prince had it blocked. It was a typically strange move for Prince seeing as how YouTube clips are generally only blocked by the people who own the material's copyright. Even Radiohead wanted to see the footage, with Thom Yorke cheerfully imploring Prince in a Billboard article to remove the ban.
I've never heard of any of the artists or songs but am always interested in local-ish radio (and of course new music!). So... what kind of music is usually played? :] Edit: Just re-read the post and saw the schedule info.
