It's a little bit of both. Bell and Shuey were pretty much left in to rot for the last three innings; because of them, the O's were able to only use four pitchers.

Relivers in the 30-3 route gave up 24 earned runs in 4 innings. An ERA of 54.00. What's amazing is that in those 4 innings, they struck out 7. | Rush4Life
