Tony's ESPN column today is a great read on facing these two aces.

FYI: Gywnn got more hits off Maddux than any other pitcher.

I was ecstatic to see Tony go deep off Maddux one year at the Murph when I was in SD for the Comicon.

Yeah....but the likelihood of the Pads keeping Brady Anderson got alot higher. Other than two good years with the O's, his good years were over before they started.
