Does this mean Tafoya will no longer be doing play-by-play of college football on the Deuce? As for Guerrero, I think her 15 minutes of fame have now expired. Good riddance.
I guess I'm ambivalent at this point since all those years of OJ and Lynn Swann on the MNF sidelines seem at least as meaningless at Guerrero, except she was attractive (to me). ;)

So does this mean that Guerrero will never make a Madden Game?
It's funny because I used to watch Tafoya do the news in St. Paul and didn't really think she was competent doing that. Now she's doing national sports. Shows how much MY opinion means.
Tonight I wanna ruin my life, I wanna throw it all away, In a spectacular way!

I think you're thinking of Pam Ward.
Meh - it's just sideline reporting. They never tell you anything you don't already know. Unless Lisa G. was going to dress provocatively, I didn't really care that she was there.
Lisa G was a total disaster on the sidelines. She couldnt ask a decent question and seemed lost all the time. I mean really, all you gotta do is tell about a player injury, ask a coach something on his way to the locker room at half time, and give a 1 minute presentation before the second half starts. She couldnt even manage that.
Michelle Tafoya at least seems knowledgable about sports.
I would still rather see Ann Wurner(spelling?) or that girl who is currently doing the sideline, er um, make that rinkside reports for ESPN during the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Shes cute, smart and doesnt try to sound like college professor.

(Thanks, Relay House!) That's Ann Werner, Northwestern and Medill grad and WBAY-TV alumnus. She was also at SportsChannel (later Fox Sports Net Chicago) before jumping to ESPN.
I've met her a few times, but she left my station just before I got here. Everybody loved her...one helluva worker. I believe she got married last year or so.

Even though she doesn't have her own site or an ESPN profile...still amazing what you can Google these days.

The girl doing the "rinkside" reports is Erin Andrews. She used to do in-studio reports for Braves games on TBS so I've seen a lot of her.
I just thank god that Andrea Kramer didn't get the job, because if the Raiders played on MNF she'd be giving BJ's left and right.

Well this stems from last years draft when she was basically sitting in Bill Romanowski's lap the whole time. And she seems to do all the Raider stories.

It's just a joke.
Ah. I thought there was some Raider-bias I'd never noticed, because I'd always had a high opinion of her work.

Damn..I guess there goes any chance of Mushmouth Dickerson returning to MNF.
Lisa Guererro was awful. I liked how she would try to say "insightful" crap like "and Al, Jake Plummer threw 12 touchdown passes last year" or "he was drafted in the second round.. that's number 38 overall". Great... nothing's more insightful than having some wooden freak read the media guide to me.
I'd wager there was never any doubt in anybody's mind that Brady would retire a Patriot. Looks like a done deal now. Good on him. You have to respect someone who stays with his original team, and the one he's led to so much success.
