Before I post, a moment of silence in reverance and awe of a hundred yard long, 5 foot high pile of guacamole.
Lime juice keeps it green so it doesn't get all brown and disgusting. It also tastes good in gin and tonic (lime juice, not guacamole). Or, you could just buy pre-packaged guac. That will stay green until the end of time! | Jaguar

I'm TOTALLY down with the lime juice in the gin & tonic. My A2NWO boys and I have a saying, from many Nitro/Raw get-togethers: "It's not wrestling without a gin & tonic."
And $240 worth of pudding > 100 yard-long, 5 foot-high pile of guacamole every time. (MTV's "The State" reference.)
