As I have yapping about all summer long, Zack Greinke won the Cy Young award today. Many thanks to Joe Posnanski, Rob Neyer and many others who kept touting young Zack!

Maybe. Remember he is the one draw the Royals have as a team and he has a cheap contract.

As someone (probably Poz) pointed out, he also didn't have the luxury of facing the Royals.

I don't see it. He doesn't like the spotlight at all. He even said upon winning the Cy Young Award that he's afraid people will start to say "hi" to him in and around Orlando, where he lives. Nope, I don't see him leaving KC.

Maybe that's the year they move him, if they're still lost and poor, but it'd take an incredible deal for it to be worth it to move Zach the next two years.
