I choose to believe that this was unplanned -- that he lives in one of those houses, and was all like "Dammit! What's all that chanting? HEY, THOSE DAMN KIDS ARE IN MY YARD AGAIN! I'LL SHOW THEM!"

This video has been around awhile, and is not quite what it seems:
from Wikipedia:
"WWE Hall of Famer, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, made a special appearance at "BCWA", an Outlaw wrestling promotion based out of Michigan. He participated in an autograph signing, then later, cut a promo following a brawl with two of BCWA's top wrestlers. BCWA has an official site (http://www.bcwaonline.com/). Here's the video showing the brawl and promo he cut in BCWA:" (link to the video followed)
Not different from any of dozens upon dozens of small promotions.
Hope this doesn't rain upon any of your apparent glee over Valentine's apparent hard times.

Um, small promotion or not, he's in a super crappy ring in someone's backyard.* They may have some shows in "arenas" but apparently they also do completely amateur stuff like this. Wikipedia calls it an outlaw promotion, I call it extremely sad.

* Unless you're saying the ring was set up specifically just for the autograph signing in which case maybe things would be different.
