First thing that came to mind was the fact that this century is only 11 years old... On the one hand I'm impressed that WWE has developed time travel, but using it just to make another DVD set seems kind of unimaginative.

Benoit is good at making wrestling look real so I'd take him out. Regal is a tough guy but has no background like Blackmon. Blackmon would have one Brawl for All on take downs alone...see his match vs boxer extrodinaire Marc Mero.
