The possibility of Link actually SPEAKING everytime he wins a match!
Nah, from what I've seen of the game from the GameCube Demo Disc (Kaybee had it in its bargain bin for 10 bucks, heh) Link's victory stance is limited to the usual "Hiyaa" line or whatever it is that he says in Smash Bros.
Yeah, the Spawn comic basically sucks, but the character is much more appropriate for the game, looks cooler, and I'm willing to bet has more entertainment value as a playable character. Link sticks out like a sore thumb.
Heihachi? Eh. An ok addition I guess, but it's not anything that seems remarkable, after all, he's a Namco character.
As far as Tekken refugees go, I was hoping for Roger the boxing kangaroo, but I was denied. Maybe in Soul Calibur 3.

Unfortunately I have heard that there is no Siegfried, which upsets me to no end. Now, I know some of you will say "Nightmare is just the same"...and you will be wrong. Siegfried's double downward vertical slash into an upward vertical slash is one of the best combos from Soul Calibur...Nightmare unfortunately does not have that. There are also some others that he does not have.
I'm still buying the game though Kilik is going to have to become my new character.
EDIT: I just found out that Siegfried's costume is hidden...still...it just won't be the same!
(edited by VanillaSky on 11.6.03 0037) Yes, I like HHH! What's so wrong with that?
I like Link more then Spawn, but I do agree he is more likey to fit in soul claibur then Link. I don't think the controls pad for the Cube is a a good one to use for Soul Calibur. In truth PS2 is but I feel that PS2 owner are getting rip off. So I guest I am going to go with Xbox.
Great Muta is a wrestling GOD!! praise the Great Muta.
Anyone else watch SportsCenter's look at sports-related video games this past week? Overall, I'd say it was a pretty even-handed overview on the video game industry and its' influence on the sports world (Ray Lewis plays seven hours a day? Dang!)
