There's been a rumor floating around for a few days now, but considering the asking price was also rumored to be somewhere around $1.6 billion, I had my doubts. Google just promised News Corp $900 million over the next fives years for access to MySpace. Then again, Google has a ton of cash.
I also wonder, with Google aquiring more and more content, if they might be able to greater influence the net neutrality bills comig forward. Should be interesting.
"Oh my God! They have a shit-load of Cockapoo stuff!" -Jennifer's greatest quote... ever.
Will this have an effect on the content on Youtube?
And by "access" do you mean Google will try to buy myspace.com from Tom?
Last question;
Net neutrality. I take it for granted that Google will be for net neutrality, is there any angle that I havent thought of where they would be against it?

Rupert Murdoch's Newscorp already bought MySpace, and allegedly, Tom isn't the one who created it, but that's a whole nother can of worms. Click Here (itcc.hopto.org)
You believe me, don't you? Please believe what I just said...
