Now, I don't think there's any dispute that the people responsible for my examples weren't representing Christianity... rather, they used it to commit anti-Christian acts. So who says people can't misrepresent Islam? That's what I think the terrorists are doing. It's been shown that some of the schools that teach these terrorists expound an extremely warped version of the Koran.

I agree with phd, silly logic. Religion and/or ideas are all in how they're interpreted. If one person decides, "Jesus wants me to kill all people who eat any type of food starting with the letter Q, I will do His will, as it states in Revelation," it don't make it so. Are all Germans Nazis? Are all Catholic Irish people terrorists? Are all French people obnoxious, uppity smokers (hmm, bad example, I think they might be).
Also, in my opinion, Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell have the same credibility as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
