I saw Rivals Schools on campus over here at FSU a few months ago, they absolutely BLEW everyone else away. They are one hell of a band.

Speaking of Indy bands, any other fans of Taking Back Sunday out there? These guys have been glued in my CDplayer lately.

Big Bad Zero, put out by Eureka. Seen these guys live tons of times, they are just pure driving rock with great lyrics. Through their site(bigbadzero.com), you can go to mp3.com and download some tracks off their new album.

Angie Aparo, who isn't an indy guy, but definitely unknown. Picked up his CD "The American" for 50 cents in the bargain bin at a record store.. have damn near wore it out listning to it. AMAZING hook-driven pop rock.

Four Star Mary, probably best known as the band behind Dingoes Ate My Baby off Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Some really good radio punk-influenced rock.
