The opening to this episode was Sue Sylvester venturing into cartoonish villainy (as opposed to cartoonish supervillainy, of course). Total awesome and I loved every bit of Principal Sue Sylvester, especially her war on junk food.
Gwyneth Paltrow fits in perfectly on this show. I wouldn't mind seeing her turn up more often. Although, I won't lie, her rendition of Cee-Lo's "Fuck You" made me pine for the original. (Won't you click the link and support The W?)
The cuts to the kids getting shot down by Will in favor of Journey songs were hilarious.
Music choices didn't do it for me this week. They can't all be gems, I guess.
It's certainly a tolerable show, but nothing special. Garrett and Fisher have a certain chemistry, and the show's not off-putting, but wouldn't go out of my way for it. Fisher's rack, however, was SPECTACULAR last night.
