Does anyone know how these work. What I mean is like when Scotty 2 Hottie had is leg "broken" by Kurt Angle. They used a gimmicked boot. How is the boot or leg bent out of shape without actually injuring the wrestler?

Pedro Cerrano: Jesus, I like him very much, but he no help with curveball.
Eddie Harris: You trying to say Jesus Christ can't hit a curveball?

I believe Kurt tells in his book that he pulled the boot off a bit so he could twist it.
Makes sense..his arms around the lower leg would hide the suddenly longer leg.

"...And I use that to f*ck them some place fairly uncomfortable."
