Bush's "vacation" is really just him spending time in his home state. He's obviously still working at his job, since it's not like he left Cheney in charge for a month and is taking a total breather.

But why is that necessarily a bad thing? Guy committed a crime, he should be tried for it. I don't buy the excuse that "America doesn't need to see that." Why not?
