And that's officially the end of the Boston Celtics as we once knew them.

Brooklyn gets:
C Kevin Garnett
SF Paul Pierce
SG Jason Terry

Boston gets:
SF Gerald Wallace
PF Kris Humphries
PF Reggie Evans
SF Keith Bogans
SF Tornike Shengalia
Brooklyn's 2014 1st round pick
Brooklyn's 2016 1st round pick
Brooklyn's 2018 1st round pick

Brooklyn can now boast a starting five of Deron Williams, Jason Terry, Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce, and Kevin Garnett. That's some top-notch stuff, but a really short window. They'd better hope they win something next year.

I'm willing to bet Brook Lopez will start at center and KG at PF with Terry on the bench.

Terrible trade for the C's, Simmons reaction on the draft to the trade was priceless.

And the Celtics enter the Andrew Wiggins Sweepstakes with a bang!

The days of making sure my schedule is clear to watch the Celtics has officially come to an end.

Oh... excuse me, the "AT&T Shootout". Anyway, I always enjoyed the three point contest a lot more than the Slam Dunk contest and the NBA can still draw big names into it. Here are this year's competitors.
