Purely in the name of research (ie seeing if I could figure it out via google), I managed to extract the actual 160 x 120 thumbnail from the picture and the nipples are about as blurry. How tragic.

Upon a more detailed, hands-on review, it's hard to say if it's the same thing as when the TechTV girl accidentally posted nudie pics of herself (that involved a crop, I think, but the thumbnail kept the original image) or if a thumbnail just reduces the number of pixels so much that the blur isn't visible anymore. Like I mentioned before, if you take the thumbnail and try to blow it up then the whole image is blurry and that gets us nowhere.
But XP thumbnail view is smaller than 160x120, so even if the blur is technically still there you can pretend like it's not. YAY FOR BOOBIES.
